Len Justice, Practice Manager of Operations

Hi, my name is Len Justice. I have been with Heartland Dental since August 2021. I am brand new to dentistry. Prior to working at Dentistry Plus, I have been in the medical field for 6+ years working in various departments (OBGYN, Pediatrics, Weight loss). I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to work with a company that invests in their team members and values their patients over all health and well-being. My biggest joy working here is getting to know each and every one of our patients and seeing how much we can make a difference in their lives.

In my free time, I love taking my 4 kids out to the walking bridge and letting them play at the park. My 14 year old daughter and I love to get Boba Tea at a local joint down there. Also, my 8 year son and I enjoy taking taekwondo lessons and are slowly working our way up through the ranks. You can literally say I can definitely kick butt!

Lynne Stiff, Registered Dental Hygienist

Lynne Stiff graduated from University of Louisville in 1992. From there, she has worked in Dentistry for 30 years. Lynne has a passion for assisting patients with their Dental needs. Lynne joined Dentistry Plus in November 2021. In addition to being a Registered Dental Hygienist, Lynne has a certificate in General Supervision, and Laser Technology. She enjoys keeping up with latest knowledge and education in Dentistry and applies the best techniques to all patients.

Lynne knew right of High School that she wanted to have a career in Dental Hygiene. She is married with two successful sons. Lynne enjoys sharing time with family, taking trips, and working out.

Mara Polk, Business Assistant

Hi, I’m Mara, a Southern Indiana native. I joined the Dentistry Plus team last September as a business assistant, where you will see me greet you for your appointment and help with all things insurance and finances. Prior to joining this team, I spent the previous four years studying at Hanover College and working as a pharmacy technician. I love working in the dental field and doing my part to make patients feel comfortable and confident in their smile and in our team.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, Bryce, and our golden retriever, Winston. As an Indiana native, you can catch me cheering on my Hoosiers or hiking with my dog at a favorite state park.

Nancy Miles, Business Assistant and Hygiene Champion

I have been in dentistry for over 20 years. I began my career with Heartland Dental 6 years ago as a dental assistant and have moved into a front desk/administrative position. I enjoy being able to help our patients get scheduled for the care that they need and to understand their insurance benefits. I get to help them with their treatment plans and help with their financial options.

In my free time I love spending time with my husband, Dennis, and daughter, Amanda. We love to go to flea/made markets and refurbish furniture pieces for her home. I love to take my dog, Frankie for walks, hiking on the weekends, and enjoy Crossfit early mornings thru the week.

I hope that I leave people that I encounter with a smile. 

Sharon Smith, Dental Assistant

I have been in the dental field for over 10 years and have made dentistry my passion in life. I love to be able to give someone back their smile and build up their dental education on how to properly care for their teeth. I graduated from Dental Careers of Southern Indiana in 2009. I have had a diverse dental background working in Pediatrics, Oral Surgery, and General dentistry.  I enjoy spending my free time with my two kids and my husband and my extended family.
